Peterborough Music Festival

 

 

The Peterborough Music Festival offers competitive classes in most instruments, solo singing, choirs, orchestras, bands and ensembles.  The Festival is open to all ages and abilities, and offers a friendly and welcoming environment for musicians of all ages and abilities to perform before their peers, their parents and teachers  and the general public. Specialist professional Adjudicators are employed, and every competitor receives individual, helpful and encouraging written notes on their performance.  All competitors receive a Certificate and there are cups and trophies for presentation for almost every class.

 

The 83rd Peterborough Competitive Music  Festival, will take place from 20th - 24th March 2012 at 

Peterborough Town Hall and the Cresset, Peterborough

Adjudicators will be Jeffrey Wynn Davies (General Classes) Kay Tucker (Strings) and

Michael Shelton (Woodwind, Brass and Recorders)

Please note:  the Festival no longer provides official accompanists. 

Entrants are asked to make their own arrangements
